Cépages : Assemblage Maccabeu, Grenache blanc et gris.

Vinification en méthode traditionnelle, égrappé.

Dégustation : belle robe ambrée, brillante. Nez intense de noix, de fruits secs, de zeste d'orange confite En bouche gras en attaque, bon équilibre, belle longueur.

A servir à l'apéritif, sur des plats exotiques, sur les fromages à pates persillés, sur les desserts. Température 10 - 12°C
