Rivesaltes Grenat Château Pollestres

Vin doux naturel de 15.5°.

Cépages : Grenache noir.

Vinification : sélection au terroir, vendange manuelle. Egrappage puis foulage. Vinification traditionnelle avec maitrise des températures de fermentation.

Dégustation : Robe d'un grenat très intense. Nez intense tout sur le fruits rouge avec des notes très marquées de cerise, de cassis. En bouche une belle charpente avec des tanins veloutés et toujours une explosion de fruits rouges..
