Rasberry cream

Raspberry is a delicate fruit which it is advisable to respect in liqueurs. To start nit is necessary to make a good cold infusion measuring a kilo of fruits for a liter of neutral brandy. The sugar will come to ease the natural sourness of the fruit. Very fine liqueur to mix with a extra dry champagne for a Kir royal.
