Orange and armagnac creme

It is the base of a traditional Gascon orange cocktail: natural infusion of peels of bitter oranges,sugar and Armagnac. For more ardour and flavour it has 24 °alcohol content. Serve it with a sparkling wine it can also be used to perfume patisseries.
