Muscat de St Jean de Minervois

A 250 m d'altitude, St Jean de Minervois offre un terroir unique sur d'inombrables cailloux blancs. Le cépage muscat petit grain développe ici une concentration naturelle sur souche qui lui confère une expression noble incomparable.

Sélection rigoureuse de premiers jus de goutte, ce muscat révèle tout en finesse des arômes floraux de rose, thym, tilleul et aubépine.

Un apéritif élégant qui se marie très bien aec des fromages ou des desserts au chocolat. (15% vol)
