The ground is shallow, and this 5.5 hectare vineyard sits on some pure chalk. The average age of the vineyard is maintained above 25 years. Champagne is always dated.

It Champagne with delicate foam(moss) and at the end distinguishes itself by powerful and complex aromas of candied fruits with a touch of coffee(cafe) and cocoa. The mouth is ample and long, with touches of fruits in the brandy. Serve with flats(dishes) of big taste: game, truffles, soft cheeses, and caviar.
