Bilberries jam

Jam of selected bilberries cooked in the brass cauldron. Prepared with 55g of fruits for 100g, total content sugar : 60g for 100g. Ingredients: blueberries, sugarcane, glucose syrup, lemon juice, pectine of fruits.
